Niema Mostafavi, FPN Administrative Director

Niema is a Senior at the University of California, San Diego, graduating in June 2010 with a B.A. in Joint Econ-Mathematics.

Prior to being director, Niema was a mentee himself and worked closely with his mentor and Raj Rikhy (former FPN director) to understand the fundamentals of FPN. After developing the necessary skill set by interacting with mentors, constantly researching, asking questions, and acquiring key internships, Niema feels he is well positioned to break into the industry of finance.

Nader Daylami

Nader is a 4th year student pursuing a B.S. in Management Science. Originally recruited from Houston to play tennis for UCSD, Nader is seeking a career in investment banking. Nader recently took an offer with Morgan Stanley's Energy Investment Banking Division and begins in June 2010. Over the past 12 months he has interned at prestigious firms such as Bainbridge Capital and Legacy Capital Management, where he gained experience in the private equity and capital management sectors.

Ren Tang

Ren Tang is an entrepreneur pursuing Management Science and Computer Science degrees at UC San Diego. Ren manages his start up company MMORPG Trade Portal, a website that enables real money trade in virtual online game worlds. His second venture is Shape Events, a disruptive company in the event planning and media industry. He is also working to start a nonprofit org called Educate1 that facilitates 1 to 1 gift giving via content-driven charity web portal.

Dhaval Prajapati

Dhaval is a senior at University of California, San Diego obtaining a BS in Management Science along with a graduate level certificate in Financial Analysis from the same institution. He is currently a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst Intern at FieldView Capital Advisors, LLC.

Tristan Zier

Tristan is a senior at UC San Diego and will graduate in June 2010 with a B.A. in Economics, a minor in Psychology, and a Certificate of Accounting from UCSD Extension. Upon graduation, he will begin working for Deloitte & Touche LLP in Fall 2010. Outside of school, Tristan is an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and enjoys being active and outdoors.
