Application Process
All applicants are required to submit two documents to be considered for Mentorship: Resume and Mentee Roadmap
The Resume
List all of your relevant experience and skills here. Your resume should include an objective statement, as well as a summary of your accumulated job and educational experience. Positions of leadership (i.e., involvement in programs, clubs, etc.) are also notable and should be included. You may even include a section regarding your skills and qualifications, licenses, and/or other extracurricular activities, as applicable. Your resume should show us that you are dedicated, driven, and determined, but this portion especially, that you are committed.
Mentee Roadmap
The Mentee Roadmap must be submitted with the resume and cover letter. Click on the above link to open the application, then fill out the first two sections. Once you have completed the application, please save it with your name. We do not require you to write an essay answering these questions, but we do ask that you be specific.
If you are unable to save the Mentee Roadmap with your own information, please create a new word document with all relevant objectives and upload it as you would an original Mentee Roadmap.
Please ensure that the file names of the two documents have your name on them. (e.g. Raj_Rikhy_Resume.pdf, Raj_Rikhy_Mentee_Roadmap.pdf)
The next step is to go to box.net and log on with the following information:
Username: fpnapplication
Password: fpnapplicant
Upload both documents. Please note any information you upload is kept completely confidential and cannot be accessed or viewed by any other applicant.
The application deadline is on November 3rd.
Please contact us if problems arise during submission. If you are unable to submit your documents through box.net, you can email them to niemamostafavi@gmail.com.
